Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an automatic paper bonding system provided with multiple rolls of edge bands, comprising paper feeding machines, a paper bonding reel set, paper conveying reels, a paper bonding mechanism, and middle conveying lines. The paper bonding mechanism is used for driving, at the paper bonding reel set, paper on one paper feeding machine to be bonded to the end of paper that is conveyed on the paper feeding machine and is about to be used up; the middle conveying lines are each used for providing a conveying roller and a transferring roller to convey the paper on the paper feeding machine to the paper bonding reel set; when the end of the paper reaches the transferring roller at an end, the paper bonding mechanism performs driving to perform paper bonding operation. According to the present invention, the end of the paper is conveyed from the paper feeding machine to the paper bonding reel set, so that the paper is always kept in a tensioned state in the conveying process, and paper bonding is performed when the end of the paper passes through the end of each of the middle conveying lines, such that an overlapping portion of the bonded paper is reduced, complete bonding of the overlapping portion of the bonded paper is ensured, the stability of the paper bonding process is ensured, and the final production quality of gypsum boards is improved.
