Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, operation of a three-way valve (40) is controlled in accordance with an attained rate (f) of pH adjustment. As a result of performing steps 128 and 136, ammonia bubbles generated inside a nebulizer (28) are pushed out by air, and can be ejected from an ejection port (28a) in conjunction with residual ammonium water inside the nebulizer (28). Accordingly, pH adjustment can be performed while inhibiting the generation of a large quantity of ammonia bubbles inside the nebulizer (28).
