Abstract:
Provided are an automatic-photographing patent-information push method and eyeglasses, relating to the field of wearable devices, said automatic-photographing method comprising: recording a means for activating a camera (S101); determining whether a user activates the camera by means of winking (S102); if not, then maintaining the original state (S103); if so, then triggering a shutter switch to take a photograph and simultaneously pushing patent information to the user (S104). By means of a tracking sensor built-in to the eyeglasses, the described method tracks the movement of an eye and determines whether the user activates the photography function by means of winking; the scene within the field of vision is captured in the moment during which the user desires to take a photograph, thus freeing the hands of the user and enabling high-speed photography while also protecting the interests of the patentee.
