Abstract:
An automatic picking and placing device for a battery cell component container, comprising a translation driving mechanism, a support (210) provided on the translation driving mechanism, a component container transfer mechanism (300) provided on the support (210), and a component container frame (400). The component container frame (400) is provided with a plurality of receiving stations; each receiving station is provided with a plurality of positioning pieces (411), the outer wall of each component container (500) is provided with strip-shaped grooves (510) for the positioning pieces (411) to pass through in the vertical direction, and the bottom of each component container (500) is provided with positioning grooves (520) matching the positioning pieces (411); the component container transfer mechanism (300) comprises a lifting platform (331) and a lifting platform driving mechanism, the lifting platform (331) can drive the component container (500) to rise; after the positioning piece (411) passes through the strip-shaped grooves (510), the lifting platform (331) descends, and the positioning pieces (411) are positioned in the positioning grooves (520) to fix the component containers. The automatic picking and placing device for the battery cell component container can realize automatic picking and placing of the component containers, and has high degree of automation and high working efficiency.
