Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic pin insertion machine for interface products, which comprises: a frame and a power distribution control box; the frame is provided thereon with a conveying groove, a hollow part of which being provided with a feeding block, and the feeding block being disposed on a feeding movable block, while the feeding movable block is connected to a feeding cylinder; a front side of a left portion of the conveying groove is provided with a displacement apparatus, and a rear side is provided with a pin insertion mechanism; the displacement apparatus comprises a displacement seat that is disposed on the frame, and the displacement seat is provided thereon with a left-and-right displacement movable cylinder, the left-and-right displacement movable cylinder being connected to a front-and-rear displacement movable cylinder; the front-and-rear displacement movable cylinder is provided with a displacement clamping block which penetrates the conveying groove and which cooperates with a product; the pin insertion mechanism comprises a pin insertion apparatus that cooperates with a pin feeding apparatus, as well as a pin pressing apparatus located at a right side of the pin insertion apparatus; the present invention achieves the conveyance of a product by means of the displacement apparatus cooperating with the feeding cylinder and the feeding block, and achieves a good pin insertion effect by means of the pin insertion apparatus and the pin pressing apparatus, thus achieving automatic operation, which greatly increases production efficiency, while a handling process is not required and is omitted.
