Abstract:
An automatic polishing machine for a valve core head of an air release valve comprises a machine base (1), a material taking device disposed on the machine base (1), a clamping device, and a polishing device. The material taking device comprises a robot arm (4) and a first driving mechanism for driving the robot arm (4) to move transversely and vertically. The polishing device comprises a grinding wheel (10), a second driving mechanism for driving the grinding wheel (10) to rotate, and a third driving mechanism for driving the grinding wheel (10) to move longitudinally and vertically. The present invention enables automatic polishing of a valve core head of an air release valve and increases the working efficiency, and polished products have consistent quality.
