Abstract:
Provided are an automatic pouring device and pouring method for a lens monomer. The automatic pouring device for a lens monomer comprises a pouring tube, a proportional valve connected to the pouring tube, a liquid level detector for detecting whether a monomer reaches a liquid level monitoring point, and a timer for recording the time taken to pour the monomer to reach the liquid level monitoring point; the liquid level monitoring point is located at the half-value position of the whole volume of a cavity of glass moulds and deviates from the optical center region of the cavity (namely, on the central horizontal line of the cavity deviating from the geometric center). In the present invention, a purification processing is provided for a pouring workroom. A filter having activated carbon is used in a purification system, not only the volatile gases of the monomer can be purified into clean air, protecting an operator, but also the pouring workroom is provided with cleanliness, thereby improving the yield of products.
