An automatic press-fitting control system and method for shaft hole matching parts. The automatic press-fitting control system comprises a loading and unloading control subsystem (1), a visual inspection subsystem (2), a press-fitting control subsystem (3), and a control center (4), the subsystems achieve communication with the control center (4) via communication interfaces, and the control center can control each subsystem to run independently. The control center can achieve automatic control to product loading and unloading, visual inspection, and press-fitting processes. The visual inspection subsystem (2) is configured to achieve control to rotation of a rotary table and obtain a hole position deviation value and a hole position deviation angle of a shaft hole of a part. The control system can achieve automatic loading, automatic inspection, and automatic press-fitting in a product press-fitting process; the control system is designed in a modular manner, and the constituent subsystems can run independently under the control of the control center; visual inspection and automatic angle deviation compensation are used, and the fault freedom is good.
