Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic presser foot lifting and adjustment mechanism of a sewing machine, the mechanism comprising a stepping electric motor (10), a pressure adjustment driving cam (20), an elastic piece press plate (30), a pull rod (40), a roller (50), a swing rod (60), a tightener core base set (70), a presser rod fixing base (80), and a presser rod and presser foot assembly (90), wherein the pressure adjustment driving cam (20) is fixedly mounted to an output end of the stepping electric motor (10); the back face of the pressure adjustment driving cam (20) is provided with a mounting hole (22), and the pressure adjustment driving cam (20) is fixed to the output end of the stepping electric motor (10) by means of the mounting hole (22); and the front face of the pressure adjustment driving cam (20) is provided with a spiral curved face (23), and an end of the pressure adjustment driving cam (20) is provided with an arc-shaped curved face (24). According to the automatic presser foot lifting and adjustment mechanism of a sewing machine, the lifting and lowering of the presser rod and presser foot assembly is controlled by means of the pressure adjustment driving cam and the elastic piece press plate, thereby simplifying the transmission mechanism. In addition, when the presser rod and presser foot assembly is automatically lifted, the elasticity of the elastic piece press plate is synchronously reduced, and the pressure of the presser rod and pressure foot assembly can also be automatically adjusted, thereby simplifying the adjustment action.
