Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic pressure control device for a construction machine for constantly maintaining an initially set pressure of a main relief valve which sets a maximum pressure of a hydraulic system. According to the present invention, provided is an automatic pressure control device for a construction machine, which is applied to a construction machine comprising an engine, a main hydraulic pump, a pilot pump, a hydraulic actuator, a control valve, an operating lever and a main relief valve, and comprises: a first pressure sensor provided at a flow path between the main hydraulic pump and the main relief valve to detect in real-time a set pressure of a hydraulic system during pressure relief and output a detection signal; a second pressure sensor provided at a flow path between the main relief valve and a hydraulic tank to detect in real-time an outlet-side pressure of the main relief valve during pressure relief and output a detection signal; an electronic proportional control valve for generating a pilot pressure so as to be proportional or inversely proportional to a control signal inputted to adjust a set pressure of the main relief valve and outputting the generated pilot pressure to the main relief valve; and a control unit for outputting a control signal, by which the set pressure of the main relief valve can be variable adjusted, to the electronic proportional control valve according to the detection signals inputted in real-time from the first and second pressure sensors.
