Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic return-type foldable bench. The automatic return-type foldable bench includes: a seat part; a support supporting the seat part; a rotating part rotatable between a usable state, in which the seat part is capable of being seated on the support, and a folded state, in which the seat part is folded upward; a main driving part maintaining the folded state of the seat part and storing a restoring force when the seat part is rotated to the usable state by an external force; and an auxiliary driving part which initially rotates the seat part by a self-restoring force to assist the rotation of the seat part to the foldable state by the restoring force stored in the main driving part. The rotating part is coupled to a shaft disposed on the support so that one side of the center of the shaft is rotatable. The rotating part has one end fixed to the seat part and the other end including a rotation cam connected to the main driving part. The main driving part has either end provided as one pneumatic and one hydraulic cylinder respectively supported on the other end of the rotation cam and one side of the support. The auxiliary driving part has either end provided as coil springs respectively supported on the other end of the rotation cam and the other side of the support. Thus, since the seat part is automatically folded from the usable state to the folded state, the bench may be efficiently installed and utilized. Also, the folding of the seat part may be stably and easily performed through the main driving part and the auxiliary driving part.
