Abstract:
Disclosed are an automatic rising-lowering platform structure for a three-dimensional engraving machine. The automatic rising-lowering platform structure is mounted on a movable platform (12) of the three-dimensional engraving machine. The automatic rising-lowering platform structure comprises a platform surface (1), a platform surface rising-lowering frame (2) and a platform surface automatic rising-lowering mechanism. The platform surface automatic rising-lowering mechanism comprises a rising-lowering cylinder (3), a cylinder seat I(4), a limiting cylinder (5), a cylinder seat II(6), a cylinder seat III(7), a guide rail (8), a sliding block (9), a guide rail fixing plate (10) and a limiting strip (11). The cylinder seat I(4) is fixed on the movable platform (12). The rising-lowering cylinder (3) is fixed on the cylinder seat I(4). The guide rail fixing plate (10) is fixed on the movable platform (12). The guide rail (8) is mounted on the guide rail fixing plate (10). The sliding block (9) is mounted on the guide rail (8). The platform surface rising-lowering frame (2) is fixed on the sliding block (9). The platform surface is fixed on the platform surface rising-lowering frame (2). The entire device is simple in structure, has a high degree of automation, and is widely used. When a plane is engraved, the platform surface rises, and when a three-dimensional object is engraved, the platform surface automatically lowers. Thereby, the device is easy and safe to operate.
