Abstract:
An automatic roller machine automatically joining up and stitching together straight lines and curved lines, the automatic roller machine being provided with an upper edge-approaching device (5), a lower edge-approaching device (6) and an edge correction and material feeding mechanism, the edge correction and material feeding mechanism comprising an upper material edge sensor (13), a lower material edge sensor (14), two edge correction execution mechanisms and an edge correction controller, the material edge sensors being used for detecting the positions of the edges of workpieces, the two edge correction execution mechanisms being respectively arranged on two sides of a material feeding axis line of a stitching machine head, and respectively moving upper leather material and lower leather material back and forth to correct the edges. It is not necessary to pay attention to and adjust the positions of leather pieces during the stitching of materials, stitching may be performed directly, manual conveyance is not required, and stitched products have uniform edge distances and stable quality.
