Abstract:
An automatic rotation drop test machine, comprising a base (1), a rotation mechanism (2), a transfer mechanism (3), and a pickup mechanism (4). The base (1) is provided with a rotation station (11) and a drop station (12); the rotation mechanism (2) is provided on the base (1) and used for rotating a product (200) to be tested which is located at the rotation station (11) to a desired angle; the transfer mechanism (3) is provided on the base (1) and used for transferring said product from the rotation station (11) to the drop station (12); the pickup mechanism (4) is mounted on the base (1) in a liftable manner and used for picking up said product from the drop station (12) and releasing said product after said product is lifted to a desired height. After the rotation mechanism (2) rotates said product to the desired angle, the transfer mechanism (3) transfers said product to the drop station (12) for the pickup mechanism (4) to pick up and lift said product to the desired height and then to release said product, the test process does not need to depend on manual operation, the advantages of having an accurate drop point and high efficiency are achieved, thereby facilitating optimizing the test effect.
