Abstract:
An automatic sample preparation system for an aluminum electrolyte assay and inspection sample, and a sample preparation process therefor. The automatic sample preparation system comprises a device cabinet (12), a material feeding/fetching tray assembly (1), a loading and unloading robot (2), a sorting robot (3), a sample grinding system (5), a material overturn and pouring system (6), a sample pressing system (7), a conveying system (4), a control and management system (8), a cleaning and drying system (9) and a dust removal system (11). Except for manual material feeding and discharging, process automation is realized for all of the remaining sample preparation steps, and high integration of software and hardware can be realized; the data information management is intelligent, the operation is simple, the performance is stable, safety and high efficiency are realized, and automatic data reading, recording, storage, sharing, statistical compilation and processing functions can be implemented; and the space occupied is small, and samples can be processed in batches at a time in a closed space, which is conducive to shortening the sample preparation time of a single sample, and ensuring the stability of sample quality.
