Abstract:
An automatic shirt sleeve fork machine, comprising a workbench assembly (1), a sewing assembly (2) and a control panel (9); and further comprising an edge folding assembly (3), a sleeve fork mold assembly (4), a foot pressing assembly (5), a travel driving device (6), and an auxiliary positioning assembly (7). A sleeve fork mold (4-2) of the sleeve fork mold assembly (4) may move up, down, forward and backward. The edge folding assembly (3) and the sleeve fork mold (4-2) of the sleeve fork mold assembly (4) cooperate with each other for use in performing corresponding edge folding on a sleeve fork fabric. The foot pressing assembly (5) is used for finalizing the shape of the sleeve fork fabric edge-folded by the edge folding assembly (3) and the sleeve fork mold assembly (4), pressing and positioning the sleeve fork fabric and a corresponding shirt body piece, and cooperating with the edge folding assembly (3) to move the sleeve fork fabric to a corresponding position of a sewing machine (2-1) on a work panel (1-3) for sewing after the sleeve fork mold (4-2) of the sleeve fork mold assembly (4) is retracted. An auxiliary lower pressing top rod (7-2) of the auxiliary positioning assembly (7) is fixedly disposed on a piston rod of an auxiliary positioning cylinder (7-1). When the sleeve fork mold (4-2) of the sleeve fork mold assembly (4) is located in a foremost working state, the auxiliary lower pressing top rod (7-2) is located above a front portion of the sleeve fork mold (4-2).
