SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The barrel 1 at the rear side has a barrel chamber 35, a barrel of a sleeve and a bullet, and an opening 36 connecting the barrel bore with the gas tube 5 located under the barrel 1 and directed toward the barrel of the barrel 1.

In the gas tube 5 there is a piston 8 connected to the rod 7 which passes through the rear wall of the gas tube 5 is the shock and the axis of the shock spring 19, the cushioning spring 15, the frame of the rod 9, the shutter 14, the drum 13 and is made in the form of a tube passing into the rod. The rod 7 moves freely along the barrel 1 inside the receiver 2, 3 and has attachment points to the piston 8, to the rear wall of the gas tube 5, to the frame 9 moving along the grooves 45 of the rectangular receiver 2, and also to the central hole 40 of the drum 13.

The rod 7 hits the lower part of the trigger 18 through the central hole 40 of the drum 13. The trigger 18, made in the form of the letter "T" is pivotally attached to the frame with a fork 16 moving horizontally through the grooves 46 through the axis 17 passing through the center of the perpendicular. The rear plug 10 and the receiver 3 are placed between two washers 41, 42 of this cylinder 37 by connecting to the left cylinder 37 of the drum 13 by means of a frame with a fork 16 so that the trigger 18 does not rotate when the drum 13 is rotated. The trigger 18 enters the slot 47 of the back-stitch tube 11 The shank 10 and is supported to the cut of the left cylinder 37 of the drum 13 by a return spring 12, which holds the trigger 18 in an upright position. The right upper end of the trigger 18 is a striker, and the left one, when the striker strikes the capsule, acts on the locking mechanism 20 of the drum 13, preventing the latter from moving backward under the action of the powder gases during the shot. The cushioning spring 15 does not allow the shutter 14 to move together with the rod 7.

The gas tube 5 is attached to the barrel 1 of the machine by the projection 36, the semicircle 30, and fixed by the trigger box 6.

The shutter 14 is inserted into the machine through the shaped window 31 of the receiver 2 and fixed by the rod 7, which is the axis of the shutter 14.

The rear plug 10 and the magazine 4 are fixed to the machine by a latch 29.

The ramrod 66 is inserted into the hollow shaft 7 through the front end of the gas tube 5 and is fixed by the hooks of the holder 30. Due to the absence of complicated mechanisms in the machine, there is no need for a case with accessories and it is sufficient to have a brush longer than the rubbing ring that can be stored in a discharge Waistcoat.

The feeding mechanism of the cartridge 13, hereinafter referred to as the drum, is a drum with several open chambers 44 in a cylindrical receiver 2 which prevents the chuck from falling out of the open chimney when the drum rotates and has two rectangular windows 33, 34 at the bottom for receiving a chuck and Side to eject the sleeves. The rectangular windows 33 and 34 are closed in a stowed state by a sliding plug 27. The drum 13 is part of the chamber and is designed to receive the cartridge coming from the magazine 4 into the drum 13 vertically and also to supply a portion of the cartridge to the chamber of the barrel 35 by rotating the drum 13 around its own axis and longitudinal displacement along this axis.

The drum 13 is a graded cylindrical piece consisting of three cylinders 37, 38, 39 of different diameter and length. An axial transversal slot is formed along the axis of the piece, a central channel 40 by which the drum 13 is mated to the axis in the form of a rod 7 and a tube 11 of the rear plug 10. During the operation, the drum 13 rotates freely on this axis and also moves axially in the longitudinal direction. The middle cylinder 38 has a larger diameter relative to the row 37, 39 and, on its outer surface along its entire length, there are open longitudinal grooves forming the chambers 44. The chambers 44 are located along the axis 40 of the drum 13 and their internal volume allows the cartridges to freely settle in and do not extend beyond the circumference of the middle cylinder 38. In this case, along the length, the middle cylinder 38 is smaller than the cartridge so that the bullet and part of the sleeve extend beyond the cylinder 38 to be housed in the barrel 35 of the barrel 1. The right cylinder 39 is disposed in a circular support 49 and externally has curved channels 43 to rotate the drum 13 by an angle necessary to change one chamber 44 to another. Channels 43 have a complex geometric shape that allows not only to provide a change of the camor 44, but also for horizontal movement along the axis to enter and withdraw the bullet and part of the sleeve into the chamber 35 Of the barrel 1 and out of it by mating with a fixed lock 48. The curvilinear channels 43 are interconnected and in number correspond to the number of the chamois 44 of the drum 13. The number and size of the camor 44 and the curved channels 43 can vary depending on the caliber of the applied cartridge. The number of chambers 44 can not be less than four: the first cartridge for reception from the store 4

the second intermediate

the third in combat position and is part of the chamber 35

the fourth for the ejection of cartridge cases or axial chucks.

The left cylinder 37 has a smooth surface on which there are two flat washers 41, 42 of a larger diameter than the cylinder 37. The washer 42 is positioned close to the middle cylinder 38 and partly overlaps the chambers 44, being the abutment for the chuck. The washer 41 is located at some distance from the flat washer 42 and is designed to hold the fork of the frame 16 of the trigger 18.

The movement of the drum 13 is carried back by powder gases, and forward - by a return spring 12.

THE MAGAZINE

The magazine of increased capacity 4, made in the form of a box, inside which there are clips with cartridges. For attachment to the machine, the magazine 4 has grooves 53 and in the front part a vertical gripper 52 from the cross rolling. The window 50 is closed by a plate 51, which is shifted when the magazine 4 is installed on the machine by interfacing with the edge of the machine profile 67.

The capsule 54 is attached to the bottom of the hinge to the wall of the magazine 4 and the first cradle 55 is housed therein.

The cage 55 consists of a pusher cartridge 59 with two spring-loaded rollers 56 and a spring 60. Along the height of the cage 55 in the side walls, there are vertical slits 57 which in the lower part have a horizontal extension 58 for placing the rollers 56 in them and fixing the spring 60 in a compressed state .

When the rollers 56 are withdrawn from the horizontal grooves 58 by mating with the guide grooves 61 of the magazine 4, the spring 60 is straightened and, acting on the pusher 59, pushes the cartridges out of the cage 55. This is prevented in the closed state by the plug 51 of the window 50 of the magazine 4, and in the open state of the plug 51 cartridges through the window 50 enter the lower chamber 43 of the drum 13.

The cage 55 is designed to accommodate 20-25 rounds in two rows.

EJECTION MECHANISM

Presupposes the rotation of the drum 13 clockwise, the presence of a rectangular window 33 in the cylindrical receiver 3 on the right and a spring-loaded hook 28 extending out of the working part into the window 33 and fixed to the receiver 3. When the drum 13 is supplied to the barrel 1 by the return spring 12, For the edge of the sleeve. With further advance of the drum 13 forward, the washer 42 hits the edge of the sleeve, which throws it out of the machine.

TRIGGER 6

It is arranged according to the bull-and-pop scheme and consists of a housing 6 with hooks 63, a profile 64 for fastening to the bracket 32 of the machine, a safety bracket 62 of the trigger 21, a sear 23, a safety lock 24, a hook 21, an oval 22, axes 26 and springs 25.

By pressing the tail of the trigger 21, the oval 22 lifts the front end of the sear 23 upward, thereby lowering the rear end of the sear 23 downward from the hook to the frame 9 of the rod 7. The trigger 6 is inserted into the machine by inserting the profile 64 into the grooves of the bracket 32 Of the receiver 2 and fixed to the machine at the expense of the hooks 63 behind the protrusions 65 of the barrel 1.

FUSE 24

It has at least 3 positions:

1) The 1st position, when the sear 23 is blocked and the shot can not be produced.

2) The 2-nd position, when the right end of the sear 23 can rise upward enough that it is sufficient for the output of its left end from the hook with the frame 9 of the rod 7 and the production of the shot. And while holding the trigger 21 - the continuous production of shots.

3) The third position, when the sear 23 is not limited by the fuse 24 and when the trigger 21 is pressed, it influences the oval 22, removing the sear 23 from the hook with the frame 9 of the rod 7 sufficient to produce a shot. Upon further action on the trigger 21 and transferring it to the extreme left position, it leaves the hook with the oval 22 and ceases to act on the sear 23, which under the influence of its spring 25 returns to the position for the hook of the frame 9 of the rod 7. Returning to the initial state, The trigger 21 raises the left edge of the oval 22 until the oval 22 stops mating with the radius portion of the hook 21 and engages the working surface with its front portion.

HOW THE MACHINE WORKS

Store 4 with its grooves 53 is inserted into the rectangular profile 67 of the receiver 2, 3 and by forward movement is attached to the machine and fixed to it from the cross rolling by entering the U-shaped front part 52 of the magazine 4 into the receiver bracket 32. From an arbitrary outlet of the magazine 4 from the slots of the machine, the latch 29 of the rear cover 10 is held.

When the magazine 4 moves along the profile 67 of the receiver 2, 3 the profile 67 comes into contact with the plate 51 of the window 50 of the magazine 4 and moves it backwards, opening the window 50 and releasing the cartridges in the cage 55. The clip 55 in the magazine cage 54 4 is brought into the combat position, since the rollers 56 are withdrawn from the horizontal slots 58 by pressing vertical guide grooves 61 of the capsule 54 on them.

Then, the plug 27 rises upward, opening the windows 33 and 34, so that the upper cartridge, under the pressure of the spring 60 of the cradle 55, rises and through the window 34 enters the lower chamber 44 of the drum 13.

To bring the machine to the combat position, it is necessary to remove it from the fuse 24 and by moving the shutter 14 along the slots of the window 31 backward, move the drum 13 with the cartridge in the lower chamber 44 along the axis, and then turn the drum 13 around its own axis by mating the curvilinear channels 43 of the right Cylinder 39 of the drum 13 with the rotational latching lock 48.

In this case, the chamfer 44 with the chuck is set to the leftmost position, and the next chuck occupies the space of the empty lower chambers 44 of the central cylinder 38 of the drum 13. Then, the shutter 14 is shifted forward until it contacts the shock spring 15 with the frame 9 of the rod 7, and with the further movement of the bolt 14 forward, we compress the battle spring 19 and introduce the frame 9 of the rod 7 into engagement with the sear 23 of the trigger mechanism 6, leading the machine to the combat position.

After that, the shutter 14 is re- shifted back to once again turn the drum 13, which, due to the return spring 12, has taken its original position, and send the bullet and part of the sleeve to the barrel chamber 1.

The machine is loaded and ready to fire with the fuse removed. THE PRODUCTION OF A SHOT

By pressing the tail of the trigger 21, the oval 22 raises the front end of the sear 23 upward, thereby lowering the rear end of the sear 23 downward, from the hook to the frame 9 of the rod 7.

The released shock spring 19, being released, pushes the rod 7 which passes through the central channel 40 of the drum 13, enters the tube 11 and strikes the lower part of the trigger 18. The trigger 18 from the impact of the rod 7 is rotated around the axis 17 of the frame 16 and its right side - Strikes the cartridge shell, simultaneously with the left part it acts on the locking mechanism 20 and, acting according to the "rocker" principle, lowers the front part of the locking mechanism 20 downward, locking the drum 13 during the production of the shot.

After the shot, the powder gases, pushing the bullet through the hole 36, enter the gas tube 5, pushing the piston 8 with the rod 7 in the direction of the muzzle cut to the extreme right position, compressing the shock spring 19 and releasing the trigger 18.

Under the action of the return spring 12, the trigger 18, while abutting the left cylinder 37 of the drum 13, is received vertically, coming out of contact with the primer and the locking mechanism 20.

When released from the trigger 18, the locking mechanism 20 rises upward due to its spring left part, releasing the drum 13. The drum 13, under the influence of the powder gases, moves back to the far left position, discharging a part of the cartridge case from the chamber 35, and turns to the desired angle due to conjugation Shaped grooves 43 of the right cylinder 39 of the drum 13, with a fixed lock 48. The extremely compressed return spring 12, acting through the trigger 18, moves the drum 13 forward from the extreme left position to the extremely legal one and drives a part of the cartridge located in the upper chamber 44 into the chamber 35 of the barrel 1, and the next cartridge from the lower chamber 44 of the drum 13 rises clips 55 of the magazine 4. When the drum 13 moves to the barrel 1 by a return spring 12, the hook 28 grasps the sleeve for the bead. With further advance of the drum 13 forward, the washer 42 hits the edge of the sleeve, which throws it out of the machine.

Meanwhile the piston rod 7 with the piston 8 is moved to the rightmost position by the action of the powder gases, compressing the shock spring 19.

For single firing, the fuse is set to such a position that, when pressing the trigger 21, it not only drops the sear 23 through the oval 22, leaving it from the hook with the frame 9 of the rod 7, but also with the further transfer of the trigger to the leftmost position, it Out of the hook with the oval 22 and can not act on the sear 23 whose left end under the action of the spring 25 is set to the position ready for the hook with the frame 9 of the rod 7. Next, the shot production process described above occurs. When releasing the trigger 21, it returns to its primary position, comes in contact with the working surface with the oval 22 and the machine is ready to shoot.

For automatic firing, the fuse is set in such a position that the trigger 21 does not come out of the hook with the oval 22. Therefore, when the trigger 21 is pressed on the trigger, the oval 22 raises the front end of the sear 23 upward, thereby lowering the rear end of the sear 23, From the hook with the frame 9 of the rod 7 and holds it 23 in this position, allowing the rod 7 to move freely in the machine.

The process is repeated with the trigger trigger 21 pressed. If the hook 21 is released, the sear 23 rises upward by the spring 25, engages the frame 9 of the rod 7 and is fixed

Stem 7 in the extreme right position. The shooting ceases, and the submachine gun is brought into combat position, ready for the production of shots.
