An automatic smoke removing cooking appliance, comprising a furnace cavity (1) in which a smoke occurrence device for cooking food is installed. The appliance further comprises: an air supply device (2), which is built into the inside of the furnace cavity (1); an anion generator (4), anions generated thereby forming a convection in the furnace cavity (1) under the action of the air supply device (2); and a control panel, which is arranged on an outer side of the furnace cavity (1) and is connected to the air supply device (2) and the anion generator (4) respectively, thereby controlling the air supply device and anion generator to start and stop. The cooking appliance activates an air supply device (2) and an anion generator (4) by means of a control panel, the anion generator (4) working to generate anions which form a convection in a furnace cavity (1) under the action of the air supply device (2). Anions fill the entire furnace cavity (1) and combine with positively charged smoke dust particles, converge into a sphere, and fall, thereby achieving the goal of eliminating smoke dust and effectively preventing indoor air contamination, which is beneficial for human health.
