Abstract:
An automatic sorting method using plane detection, comprising the following steps: acquiring image information of a box (3) in a current area to be sorted by using an industrial depth camera (1), and then calculating a grab point position and a posture according to a plane detection algorithm; performing, according to the grab point position and the posture, motion posture planning on an industrial robot (5); using contour information of the box to correct the posture after grab, so that a certain face of the box faces towards a direction; and using an omni-directional barcode scanning strategy to scan a barcode of the box, and finally performing classification according to barcode information. The automatic sorting method can improve the processing speed of sorting and the scanning recognition effect of a barcode.
