An automatic spraying program control system, and an automatic spraying apparatus provided with same. The automatic spraying program control system comprises: an operation apparatus, for remotely starting or stopping the automatic spraying apparatus; a program input module, comprising a timing unit, a relay unit, an input unit and a voice prompt unit; a custom selection module, for selecting a custom spraying mode before using the automatic spraying apparatus; a remote access module, for accessing the automatic spraying apparatus from an external network, receiving and processing data from the automatic spraying apparatus, and sending a data command to operate the automatic spraying apparatus; a remote update module, for remotely updating operation software of the automatic spraying apparatus. By means of the different modules and units, the automatic spraying program control system controls the automatic spraying apparatus to perform automatic spraying, and achieves the effects of spraying uniformly, saving energy, being easy to use and having a good absorption effect.
