Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic spraying washer of a three-station rotary table type, the automatic spraying washer comprising: a control system; a rack (11); and a hot air mechanism (14), a spraying washing device and a sewage collection tank (12) provided inside the rack (11), wherein the interior of the rack (11) is divided into an equipment room (113), a washing room (112) and a sewage collection room (111) successively arranged from top to bottom; and the hot air mechanism (14), the spraying washing device and the sewage collection tank (12) are all in electrical connection with the control system. The automatic spraying washer of a three-station rotary table type has a high automation rate and a compact structure, occupies a small amount of floor space, and is convenient for testing. At the same time, the washer has a reasonable washing area division, and only three working areas are used for clearly dividing the washing area, thereby greatly improving the washing efficiency of same, and at the same time, each mechanism has a good adjustability and can be adapted to products of different sizes or shapes.
