Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an automatic steam dishwasher, comprising a tank body that is used for accommodating and washing tableware, a drainage pipe being arranged below the tank body; the tank body is in communication with a circulation water pipe, the circulation water pipe being connected thereon to a high-pressure water pump; an inlet pipe of the high-pressure water pump communicates with an external water source, and an outlet pipe thereof communicates with a water spraying device within the tank body; the water spraying device comprises a plurality of hollow risers that are provided with water spray holes, the risers being partially or entirely fixedly arranged within the tank body in such a manner so as to be able to spray water into the tank body; a lower part of the tank body is provided with a heating device, which is used for heating water within the tank body and for generating steam that is used for steaming and washing tableware within the tank body; an upper part of the tank body is provided with an exhaust port; the automatic dishwasher further comprises a steam condensing device that is separated from the tank body and that communicates with the exhaust port, the steam condensing device being used for condensing steam that is discharged from the exhaust port and then discharging the same by means of a water outlet thereof.
