Disclosed is an automatic stepped strip feeding machine, comprising a main machine box body (17), a feeding mechanism and a material compression mechanism. A support arm (11) of the material compression mechanism is arranged at the top end of the feeding mechanism, a material compression wheel (13) adapted to a feeding wheel (14) of the feeding mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the support arm (11), and a spring (9) pushing against the material compression wheel (13) is arranged at the upper end of the support arm (11). The feeding wheel (14) and the material compression wheel (13) are respectively connected to a drive motor (15) of the feeding mechanism. A cam (10) adapted to the support arm (11) is arranged on one side of the material compression wheel (13). The cam (10) is connected to the drive motor (15). A discharging hole of a feeding channel corresponds to a charging hole between the feeding wheel (14) and the material compression wheel (13). A detection system is arranged on the feeding channel. The detection system and the drive motor (15) are respectively electrically connected to a power control system (16). The feeding machine has a simple structure, and the stepping distance of a strip can be automatically controlled, so that accurate positioning is achieved, and the qualified product ratio is improved.
