Abstract:
An automatic swing mechanism comprises a base (100), a lifting rod (300) swinging relative to the base (100) and a drive mechanism (400) connected between the base (100) and the lifting rod (300). A passage for flowing water stream is provided in the base (100). The drive mechanism (400) comprises an impeller (410) and a transmission mechanism. The impeller (410) is pivoted in the passage and can be rotated by impact of water stream. The transmission mechanism is connected between the impeller (410) and the lifting rod (300) for converting the rotation of the impeller (410) to the swing of the lifting rod (300). The automatic swing mechanism has the following advantages: water power is used to drive the lifting rod (300) to swing, so that the article placed on the lifting rod (300), for example handheld shower head, is driven to follow the swing, the shower area and shower comfort is greatly increased, and a massage effect is obtained; the mechanism can be applicable to all styles of the shower head and all sorts water outlet terminal without an additional drive mechanism, thereby reducing cost, and keeping swinging in flow process of water stream.
