Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic system for grinding and polishing a crystal blank, comprising a first left and right transfer mechanism and a second left and right transfer mechanism, wherein blanking loading and unloading working position, a plurality of upper hemisphere grinding and polishing working positions and a butt-joint working position are arranged in sequence from left to right along the first left and right transfer mechanism, and a butt-joint working position, a plurality of lower hemisphere grinding and polishing working positions and a loading and unloading working position are arranged in sequence from right to left along the second left and right transfer mechanism; the loading and unloading working position is provided with blanking loading and unloading machinery thereon, all the grinding and polishing working positions are provided with grinding and polishing machineries thereon, and the butt-joint working position is provided with butt-joint machinery thereon. Each left and right transfer mechanism comprises a plurality of transfer manipulators and a track extending in a straight line in a left and right direction; fixture bases which are positioned on the loading and unloading machinery, the grinding and polishing machineries and the butt-joint machinery and used for installing fixtures are arranged in left and right rows in the length direction of the fixtures, and the transfer manipulators push the fixtures to slip between the adjacent left and right fixture bases in the length direction of the fixtures.
