Abstract:
An automatic temperature adjustment system, which is for an apartment building and adjusts the temperature of each apartment provided with an AI switch in the apartment building, comprises: an energy management server which manages energy of the apartment building; the AI switches which are installed in each of the apartments; and a cloud server which provides a machine learning algorithm, wherein said energy management server includes: a data collection unit which collects at least one piece of information collected from the AI switches; a data transmission unit which transmits the at least one piece of collected information to the cloud server; a machine-learning-algorithm receiving unit which receives the machine learning algorithm from the cloud server; and an AI switch control unit which generates control information for controlling the AI switches so as to adjust the temperature of each of the apartments on the basis of the machine learning algorithm, said cloud server includes: an algorithm generation unit which generates and updates the machine learning algorithm on the basis of the at least one piece of information; and a machine-learning-algorithm transmission unit which transmits the machine learning algorithm to the energy management server, and said AI switch includes: an environment sensor which includes a temperature sensor that measures the indoor temperature of the corresponding apartment; an occupancy sensor unit which senses whether a user is occupying the corresponding apartment; and a temperature control unit which controls the temperature of the corresponding apartment on the basis of the control information.
