Abstract:
An automatic tool exchanging device using an AGV as a carrying device. A tool (5) can be taken down, mounted or replaced. The device comprises an AGV (1), a positioning module, and a tool exchanging module; the positioning module and the tool exchanging module are both disposed on the AGV (1). According to the automatic tool exchanging device, a spindle automatic tool exchanging mechanism is used for achieving full-automatic exchanging of all tools in a tool changer, navigation positioning, zero-point system positioning, and hole pin positioning are matched for precise positioning, the positioning precision is high, the automation degree is high, efficiency can be improved, and manpower and material resources are saved; the AGV can walk in a workshop, can be transferred in when needed and transferred out when the AGV is not needed, and the maximum utilization of the device can be achieved.
