Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an automatic tooling machine for butt welding, which relates to the technical field of welding tooling apparatuses. The automatic tooling machine for butt welding comprises a workbench and an automatic welding mechanism arranged on the workbench. The automatic tooling machine further comprises: a fire welding hopper arranged on the workbench, a cooling pipe being arranged in the fire welding hopper, a spray head being arranged on an inner wall of the fire welding hopper, and the spray head being in communication with the cooling pipe; a water tank fixed in the workbench, the water tank being connected to the bottom of the fire welding hopper; and a first rotating shaft rotatably connected inside the water tank, fan blades and a first bevel gear being arranged on the first rotating shaft, and the fan blades being located in a pipeline. According to the present invention, sparks and falling welding slag can be easily collected by means of the arrangement of the fire welding hopper and the fan blades, the welding slag can be easily absorbed by means of the arrangement of the water tank, the fire welding hopper can be easily cooled by means of the arrangement of a water pumping and draining mechanism, a first driving mechanism and the cooling pipe, and the welding slag attached to the pipeline and the inner wall of the fire welding hopper can be easily cleaned by means of the arrangement of the spray head.
