Abstract:
An automatic torch ignition apparatus for a petroleum drilling platform, comprising an exhaust pipe (1), a movable ring (3), insulating rods (4), connecting wires (5), adjustment plates (8), and metal rods (9). Limiting blocks (2) and connecting columns (12) are welded to the middles of the lower ends of the two sides of the exhaust pipe (1), and the connecting columns (12) are located at the upper ends of the limiting blocks (2). The movable ring (3) is sleeved on the outer side of the exhaust pipe (1), and limiting ropes (13) are fixed to the middles of the two sides of the upper end surface of the movable ring (3). Two insulating rods (4) are provided; second movable shafts (11) are fixed to the two ends of each insulating rod (4); the lower ends of the two insulating rods (4) are movably mounted at the middles of the two sides of the upper end surface of the movable ring (3) by means of the second movable shafts (11); moreover, the two insulating rods (4) are located at the adjacent sides of the two limiting ropes (13), and the upper ends of the insulating rods (4) are movably mounted at the middles of ends of the lower end surfaces of the adjustment plates (8) by means of the second movable shafts (11). The automatic torch ignition apparatus for the petroleum drilling platform has the advantage of being beneficial to igniting a gas at the upper end of the exhaust pipe (1).
