Abstract:
An automatic torque-adjustable speed-changing motor for an electric pedicab. A motor rotor assembly (10) comprises a fixed rotor (12) and a rotation rotor (11) which are sequentially arranged adjacent to each other along an axial line of a motor shaft (20); and staggered magnetic pole plates (30) on surfaces of the fixed rotor and the rotation rotor are staggered at an angle α along a circumferential direction; a support body of the rotation rotor comprises a rotation support ring (111) and two fixed side discs (112) that are respectively arranged at two sides of the rotation support ring, and an elastic compression part (114) is arranged in an inner cavity of the rotation support ring along a rotation direction thereof; one end of the elastic compression part is arranged in an inner ring of the rotation support ring, and the other end thereof is arranged on a side wall of one side of one of the fixed side discs facing the inner cavity of the rotation support ring. Using said motor, speed regulation and torque change may be achieved according to a load condition of an entire pedicab. The motor may run in a high-efficiency section at a low load, an output torque may automatically become large at a high load, and a power output of the motor is more appropriate, so that the reliability of a key part of the electric pedicab is improved, the service life of the whole vehicle is prolonged, and the whole vehicle saves more energy and is more environment-friendly.
