Abstract:
The present invented machine is Only machine which is three Axis Machine, Axis A Gantry which works Longitude washes length of Vehicle, Axis B latitude, which wash Width of Vehicle. Axis C The Rotating Boom which Rotates 360* and Goes Near to the Car surface. Marinating distance of small distance (i.e. 12") from the car Surface Body and Washing Result is more effective with Washing Pressure of 80 Bar at the Nozzles End. The present invented automatic car wash system machine with three Axis Design to get Effective and Efficient Washing Result compare to other existing machine.

Claims:
We claims

1. AUTOMATIC TOUCHLESS HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHING MACHINE consists with motor, Gearboxes, Water pump, Pipe

Systems, Electrical Panel . etc.

wherein a single spray arm spray water and chemical which is mounted on a small moving trolley and trolley in mounted on an overhead longitudinally movable gantry for dispensing fluids onto the exterior surfaces of a vehicle;

wherein machine is installed in a car wash bay area which works three axis longitude and latitude and rotation on a washing area and performing one or more wash functions(like spray water, chemicals, foam, wax, dry) by coordinating longitudinal and rotational movements of the single wash arm through the selective operation of three independent motor drives;

wherein machine gantry frame which carries automatic color changing (RGB) LEDs lights strip which is controlled by special design PCB board, with SMPS 240vac power supply

wherein the machine consist of LED timer board for driver to understand wash process and time which shows real time wash process time in descending order along with up arrow to move vehicle towards machine, red cross arrow to stop vehicle, and back arrow to take back car for perfect parking in wash bay.

2. AUTOMATIC TOUCHLESS HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHING MACHINE as claimed in claim 1 wherein automatic washing operation should be controlled by the PLC and HMI panel both automatic & manual modes.

3. AUTOMATIC TOUCHLESS HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHING MACHINE as claimed in claim 1 wherein overhead longitudinally movable gantry contains dispensing fluids such as water, wax, shampoo, foam, drying agent, onto the exterior surfaces of a vehicle in a car wash bay.

4. AUTOMATIC TOUCHLESS HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHING MACHINE as claimed in claim 1 wherein the LED timer board is controlled by HMI screen and it can be programmed according to car wash customer demand.

5. AUTOMATIC TOUCHLESS HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHING MACHINE as claimed in claim 1 wherein the rotating boom rotates 360* and goes near to the car surface and marinating distance of 12” from the car surface body and washing result is more effective with washing pressure of 80 bar at the nozzles end.

6. AUTOMATIC TOUCHLESS HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHING MACHINE as claimed in claim 1 wherein Single Boom design which consist of multiple number of Pieces of Water Nozzle

Made of special stainless steel grade mater having thread size Water Nozzles which Provides high (80 Bar) Water Pressure to Clean the Car More Effectively by Moving machine in all three Axis.

7. AUTOMATIC TOUCHLESS HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHING MACHINE as claimed in claim 1 wherein the Air Dryer Blower

System can Be mounted on the top of the Machine Frame.

MACHINE

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to AUTOMATIC TOUCHLESS HIGH PRESSURE CAR WASHING MACHINE. This invention relates to a touch less carwash system of the type having a Single Spray Arm Spray Water And Chemical Which Is Mounted On A Small Moving Trolley And Trolley In Mounted On an Overhead Longitudinally Movable Gantry For Dispensing Fluids Onto The Exterior Surfaces Of A Vehicle. The purpose of Invention of the machine is to Clean Car Automatically within few minutes .Which saves time, cost and labour, The Good Consistent Quality of Washing Result on Car Surface Compare to Manual Car Wash Which uses more Water, labour and gives bad Cleaning quality.

Background of the Invention

Car wash machines are known in various forms and various degrees of automation. The most basic form of car wash is the self-service open bay car wash. These types of washes can include a pressure sprayer and optionally a foaming brush or similar device connected to a large central pump. The sprayer can be integrated with a box or selection system that allows the user to pick a spray option. For example, the user may select“pre-soak,”“soap,”“water rinse” and/or“wax.” Many such systems are coin-operated and allow the user to spend as much time (and as many coins) as they desire on a particular spray selection. Another form of car wash is called an exterior rollover wash, which allows the user to drive his or her vehicle into the wash bay up to a stopping point. Once stopped, different washing elements are applied as car-wash equipment moves over and around the vehicle on a track.

Still another form of car wash is the“exterior only” car wash, which operates using a conveyor belt to pull one or more front tires through the bay. The car is pulled past several pieces of equipment in assembly line type fashion, with each piece of equipment having a specific purpose (e.g., soap, rinse, dry, etc.). A“full service” car wash is often considered to be an“exterior only” car wash with additional personal services, such as hand drying, wheel cleaning, interior vacuuming and the like. Exterior only and full service car wash machines are expensive to build and maintain.

The above types of car washes can come in “touchless” or “cloth friction” form. Cloth friction washes employ soft cloths that contact and move about the surface of the vehicle, and these cloths can create scratches or other undesirable surface permutations on a vehicle exterior. On the other hand,“touchless” car washes operate just as they sound, where no brushes, applicators or other non-liquid material contacts the vehicle in any manner during washing and cleaning.

Other machines which are available in India are Semi Automatic touchless car wash Machine and have Double washing spray Arm which Gives Less Water Pressure and uses (single axis technology ) and do not clean the cars properly and need to scrub car manually after spraying water and shampoo and uses different technology for Washing Cars. To overcome all above such limitation of the present invention, in the present invention Automatic Touch less Carwash System Automatic Touch less Carwash System Is Machine Wherein A Single Spray Arm Spray Water And Chemical Which Is Mounted On A Small Moving Trolley And Trolley In Mounted On A An Overhead Longitudinally Movable Gantry For Dispensing Fluids Onto The Exterior Surfaces Of A Vehicle.

Machine is Installed In A Car Wash Bay Area which works three directional Axis longitude and latitude and Rotation on a washing area and Performing One Or More Wash Functions(like Spray Water, Chemicals, Foam, Wax, Dry) By Coordinating Longitudinal And Rotational Movements Of The Single Wash Arm Through The Selective Operation Of Three Independent Motor Drives. This machine is Controlled through Electrical Control Panel which works on PLC control with HMI (human machine interface Display)

The machine is used to Clean Car exterior only with under Chassis body Wash Automatically with the Help of One Machine Operator. Object of the Invention

The main object of the present invention is the device is automatic touch less car wash system which save Time, labour, Water, cost, chemicals, space and other costly resources of nature.

The further objects of the present invention car wash machine wash Car Effectively and efficiently compare to Manual Wash.

The Manual Car Wash takes more time to clean car and it waste more water compare to automatic Car Wash ,

There is Big Health Problem of Labour which stays continues in contaminated Water and chemicals for whole day at car wash station , due to continues standing in water at wash station the leg get disinfected and have serious health issue for long time the labour are irregular due to health problem and nobody see it as a future carrier at car wash station.

The further object of the present invention has not required any technical operator , driver can on/off the machine

The present invented machine can relocate at any place easily.

The present invention device is not come in contact with the car or vehicle system so, there is no damage on surface of car /vehicle body. Further the present invented system has provided with water recycle system which continuously recycle the waste waster to wash the car.

Summary of the Invention

The present invention relates to an Automatic intelligent car washing system. The intelligent car washing machine comprises of many Sub Assembly Machine Parts like. • Machine Frame and Structure,

• Main Machine Gantry trolley.

• Machine Electrical Control Panel Enclosure,

• Chemical Mixing System,

· High Pressure triplex Plunger Pump Box,

• Intelligent Card Reader Stand.

• Operation HMI Panel Stand.

Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation. The present invented system consist motor, Gearboxes, Water pump, Pipe Systems, Electrical Panel . etc.

As used herein, the terms“car” and“vehicle” are used interchangeably to refer to all types of vehicles including passenger cars, SUVs, trucks, busses, etc. The terms“carwash” and“laundering” are used generically to refer to vehicle treatment procedures which may include simple wash sequences or more complex, multiple functions such as pre-soak, wash, rinse, rustproof, wax, and air-dry. The present invented car wash machine invention relates to a kind of Automatic vehicle washing method, and a vehicle washing system allowing all types sized & specification cars with any brand car designed for a specific purpose to be rapidly, easily and automatically washed. The vehicle washing system comprises: Parking sensors, vehicle entry detection sensors, machine gantry movements detection sensors, machine rotating boom detecting sensors. The machine purges the Hi pressure water, shampoo, foam, wax, drying in the continues sequence. All the operation should be controlled by the PLC and HMI panel both automatic & manual modes. A Automatic carwash system is disclosed wherein a Single Boom spray arm dependency mounted to an overhead longitudinally movable carriage for dispensing fluids such as water, wax, shampoo, foam, drying agent, onto the exterior surfaces of a vehicle in a car wash bay. Automatic Car wash system consists with a touch less, automatic spray-type car wash system includes one Wash arms which Spray washing fluids wherein the arms are made of with special ABS plastic Sheet. The present invented Machine includes Gantry Main Cover Front and Back Facia from special plastic with the Help of Special dies and Tools developed for Machine,

The Machine includes Gantry Main Side Cover in Blue Color Which is Manufactured from Special Plastic with the Help of Special dies and

Tools developed for Machine. The Machine Gantry Frame which Carries Automatic Color Changing (RGB) LEDs Lights Strip which is controlled by Special design PCB Board, with SMPS 240VAc Power Supply to give a good effect on Car and Unique Experience to the Customer to come to the car Wash Again.

The Machine Consist of Special Design LED Timer Board for Driver to Understand Wash Process and time which shows Real time wash Process time in Descending order along with Up Arrow to Move Vehicle towards Machine, Red Cross Arrow to Stop Vehicle, and Back Arrow to take back car for Perfect parking in Wash Bay. The Led Timer Board is Controlled By HMI Screen and it can be Programmed according to Car Wash customer Demand.

Described above, are the preferred embodiment of the present invention only, not for the present invention with any formal restrictions, although the invention has been revealed as the preferred embodiment, however, not intended to limit the present invention, any skilled in the art technical staff, without departing from the scope of the present invention within the program, can be used when the contents of the above disclosed techniques make little changes or substitutions and changes in the equivalent embodiments, but any aspect of the invention without departing from the content, according to the present invention, technical substance of any of the above embodiments when taken in a simple modification, equivalent variation and modification as would fall within the scope of the present invention the technical solution.
