Abstract:
An automatic train control device is provided with a ground-side controller (10) which calculates target stop positions (22) of trains, and on-board controllers (1a, 1b) which receive signals of the target stop positions (22) transmitted from the ground-side controller (10) and calculates speed control patterns (31, 32) to control the speeds of the trains. Both a radio-equipped train (6) which wirelessly transmits a signal of a train ID/train position (21) to the ground-side controller (10) and a non radio-equipped train (7) exist on a route. The ground-side controller (10) correlates and manages on-rail train information (15), the train ID/train position (21), a train ID, and the type of train, obtained from each track circuit, calculates stop track circuit information (23), and calculates the target stop position (22) of the radio-equipped train (6).
