Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic transfer switch comprising: a base which has multiple power terminal grooves partitioned to face a commercial power part and an emergency power part and has a motor mounting part formed in the middle and also has partitioned multiple load terminal grooves formed at the back; first power terminals formed on the outer sides of first power terminal grooves which are partitioned into two sections; first movable elements formed on the inner sides of the first power terminal grooves, which are partitioned into two sections, and connected by rotation to the first power terminals; a first rotary shaft which is formed in the first power terminal grooves and integrally coupled to the first power terminals and simultaneously rotates the multiple first power terminals; a first driving part which is connected to and rotates the first rotary shaft; second power terminals formed on the outer sides of second power terminal grooves which are partitioned into two sections; second movable elements formed on the inner sides of the second power terminal grooves, which are partitioned into two sections, and connected by rotation to the second power terminals; a second rotary shaft which is formed in the second power terminal grooves and integrally coupled to the second power terminals and simultaneously rotates the multiple second power terminals; a second driving part which is connected to and rotates the second rotary shaft; load terminals formed in the load terminal grooves; a motor assembly which is installed in the motor mounting part of the base and generates a driving force; a first handle, one side of which is connected to the motor shaft of the motor assembly, and the other side of which is connected to the first driving part, and which rotates the first driving part in forward and reverse directions according to the forward and reverse rotation of the motor shaft; a second handle, one side of which is connected to the motor shaft of the motor assembly, and the other side of which is connected to the second driving part, and which rotates the second driving part in forward and reverse directions according to the forward and reverse rotation of the motor shaft; and a cover which is coupled to the top of the base so as to protect the constituents provided in the base, allows the upper surfaces of the first and second handles to be supported and slide, and has an opening formed in the middle, so that parts of the first and second handles are exposed to the outside through the opening.
