Abstract:
An automatic transport vehicle for a cleaning machine, used for conveying a storage rack onto a transport platform (100) of the cleaning machine, and comprising a transport base (110), a lifting assembly (130) and a pallet (150) being mounted above the transport base (110), the pallet (150) being connected to the transport base (110) by means of the lifting assembly (130), and the lifting assembly (130) being capable of pushing the pallet (150) to perform a reciprocating motion in the height direction. A translation assembly (170) is mounted on a top surface of the pallet (150), the translation assembly (170) being used for placing the storage rack and being capable of transporting the storage rack to the transport platform (100). Two opposite ends of the pallet (150) are provided with a first mounting cavity (190), the translation assembly (170) being connected to side walls of the first mounting cavities (190). The other two opposite ends of the pallet (150) are provided with a second mounting cavity (230), a position-limiting assembly (210), a lifting sensing assembly (250), and a distance sensing assembly (270) being mounted inside each of the two second mounting cavities (230), the lifting sensing assembly (250) being used for positioning the height of the transport platform (100), the distance sensing assembly (270) being capable of measuring the distance between the transport vehicle and the transport platform (100), and the position-limiting assembly (210) being capable of limiting the position of the storage rack.
