Claims:
CLAIMS

1. An automatic Turkish fairy floss machine which is characterized with a stretching mechanism, a folding mechanism, flour spraying mechanism and an automation mechanism.

2. The stretching mechanism mentioned in Claim 1 , characterized with a conical gear (1 ), an outer piston (2), a middle piston (3), an inner shaft (4), a handle (5), a main body (6), a roller bearing (7) and a rotator (8) parts.

3. The folding mechanism mentioned in Claim 1 , characterized with a car (1 1 ), a carrier (12), a gear (13), a chain (14), a rotating socket (15) and a route (16) parts.

4. The flour spraying mechanism mentioned in Claim 1 , characterized by comprising a spraying motor (17).

5. The rotator (8) mentioned in Claim 2, characterized by being covered with a stainless plate (9).

6. The rotator (8) mentioned in Claim 2, characterized by comprising a trough (10) placed under which is covered with a stainless plate to gather the sugar dough.

7. The method of working of the automatic Turkish fairy floss machine and it is characterized with the below steps;

- Shaping the sugar as a ring after it is froze which is previously melted until it gets a wax-like consistency,

- Putting the shaped sugar in front of the handles (5),

- Running the first electrical motor by turning the switch on,

- Opening the handles (5),

- Stretching of the sugar ring until the trough (10) by the handles (5),

- Bringing the handles (5) to their first positions by the first electrical motor's run in opposite direction with the actuation of the sensor,

- Second electrical motor's run with the stimulation of the second sensor,

- Move of the car (1 1 ),

- The car (1 1 ) picks up a part of the sugar ring, The car (1 1 ) rotates the sugar ring 180 degrees towards the top of the cone and drops the sugar ring in front of the handles (5),

Running of the second electrical motor in the opposite direction with the stimulation of the third sensor,

Bringing the carrier (12) to its first position with the help of the car (1 1 ),

Spraying flour by the spraying motor (17) during the stretching of the sugar ring,

Repeating those steps as necessary and completing the production of the Turkish fairy floss.

TECHNICAL FIELD

Invention is about a new fairy floss machine which provides an untouched integrated procedure for all the stages of making a fairy floss that is known as pashmak.

PREVIOUS TECHNIC

Turkish fairy floss is a light and unique dessert which is commonly known and produced in Kocaeli. For making the Turkish fairy floss, the sugar, which is melted until it gets a wax-like consistency, is shaped like a big circle after it is froze. Melted butter is absorbed to roasted flour on a big metal tray. Then a few people around the metal tray start to flip the circle shaped wax on the flour. After every flip the wax is shaped again like a circle and that procedure continues until all the flour is absorbed by the wax and the wax becomes a halva in a stringy form. Attention must be paid to the wax during the flipping procedure to not to break it off.

Nowadays fairy floss is produced by hand with 4-6 people and a machinery is only used in expanding procedure of candy ring's diameter in food industry. No machinery is used except that expanding procedure. After the candy ring expanded it folded like the "8" number by 4-6 people.

Every intervention made by a human hand makes difficult to provide and keep hygiene conditions during the producing procedure. It is important for the consumer's health to have the proper conditions of every stage in production.

The biggest obstacle in front of the production capacity and the popularity around the world of that unique dessert is the dependency of the production process to the man power. Besides the production with a non-standard quality is also an obstacle for increasing the popularity.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Invention is about a machine that provides an automation for the fairy floss production. Because of the mentioned invention, hygiene conditions can be provided at the highest level during the production process. Producing all the products at the same standard will help to protect the consumer's right to have a quality product. Exporting the product to a wider area will be provided by increasing the production capacity.

Invention comprises conical gear (1 ), outer piston (2), middle piston (3), inner shaft (4), handle (5), main body (6), roller bearing (7), rotator (8), stainless plate (9), trough (10), car (1 1 ), carrier (12), gear (13), chain (14), rotating socket (15), route (16), spraying motor (17) parts and units.

The machine which is the subject of the invention comprises 4 main sections. First of these sections is the stretching mechanism that provides the expansion of the ring's diameter after the sugar is melted until it gets a wax like consistency and then it is froze and shaped like a big ring. The second section is a folding mechanism that provides an 8-shaped folding for the ring after its diameter reaches the maximum size. The flour spraying mechanism is the third section which prevents the sugar ring to stick each other during the folding process. The automation mechanism is the fourth main section which provides the other three section to work integrated and controls them.

The stretching mechanism can be worked with electrical motor, hydraulic, pneumatic actuating systems and systems with chains and gears. That mechanism is characterized by with a conical gear (1 ), an outer piston (2), a middle piston (3), an inner shaft (4), a handle (5), a main body (6), a roller bearing (7) and a rotator (8). The conical gear (1 ) is connected to the outer piston (2). The middle piston (3) is placed in the outer piston (2), the inner shaft (4) is placed in the middle piston (3) and the handle (5) is placed on the tip of the inner shaft (4). There are at least three assembly set in the stretching mechanism. That assembly set is connected to each other with the main body (6). The rollers in the roller bearing (7) are used to minimize the friction and to ease the rotation of assembly set. The conical gear (1 ) which is placed on the tip of the stretching mechanism is rotated with the rotator (8). The rotator (8) rotates with the actuation of an electrical motor placed under the rotator (8). The rotator (8) is covered with a stainless plate. The trough (10) is placed under the rotator (8) which is also covered with a stainless plate to gather the sugar dough.

Folding mechanism can be worked with electrical motor, hydraulic, pneumatic actuating systems and systems with chains and gears. That mechanism is characterized by with a car (1 1 ), a carrier (12), a gear (13), a chain (14), a rotating socket (15) and a route (16). The carrier (12) is placed in the trough (10). The sugar ring is placed in the carrier (12). The carrier is carried by the car (1 1 ). The car (1 1 ) is connected to the chain (14). The chain (14) and the car (1 1 ) is moved with the actuation of an electrical motor. The car (1 1 ) follows the route (16) with the help of the gears (13). The carrier (12) picks up a part of the sugar ring from the trough (10) with the actuation of the electrical motor. It follows the route (16). The carrier (12) is rotated 180 degrees when it reaches towards the top of the cone with the help of the part which covers the rotating socket (15) and the car (1 1 ). The car continues for a while then drops the sugar ring in front of the handles (5).

The spraying mechanism comprises a spraying motor (17) which sprays flour on the sugar ring to make it not to stick during the stretching procedure. The automation section provides the other sections to work integrated and controls them. It gives an audible and visual alert to the operator for failures and malfunctions.

The sugar, which is melted until it gets a wax-like consistency, is shaped like a big circle after it is froze. It is placed in front of the handles (5). The first electrical motor starts to run when the switch is turned on. The handles are opened. They stretch the sugar ring until the trough (10). There is at least one sensor in here. With the stimulation of the first sensor, first electrical motor runs in the opposite direction and brings the handles (5) in their first position. And there is a second sensor in here. With the stimulation of the second sensor, second electrical motor starts to run and the car (1 1 ) moves. The car (1 1 ) picks up a part of the sugar ring. The car rotates the sugar ring 180 degrees when it reaches towards the top of the cone and drops the sugar ring in front of the handles (5). And there is a third sensor in here. With the stimulation of the third sensor, second electrical motor runs in the opposite direction. Then brings the carrier (12) to its first position with the help of the car (1 1 ). The spraying motor (17) sprays flour during the stretching of the sugar ring. Thus prevents the sugar ring from sticking. That process is repeated as necessary and the Turkish fairy floss production is completed.
