Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic umbrella dryer employing a jet blade technology, wherein, if a folded umbrella is inserted therein before moving indoors, rainwater can be removed therefrom, thereby drying same. An automatic umbrella dryer employing a jet blade technology according to the present invention comprises: a case body having an umbrella introduction space portion formed at the center part of the upper side thereof, the umbrella introduction space portion having a predetermined space such that an umbrella can be introduced therein, the case body having nozzles formed thereon so as to discharge air into the umbrella introduction space portion; a guide duct having a fan installed inside the case body and driven by a motor so as to guide air to be discharged through the nozzles by means of an air pressure generated by the fan; and a control module for driving/controlling the motor. The umbrella introduction space portion of the case body comprises: front and rear surfaces formed to be parallel with an umbrella when same is introduced; two side walls configured such that, when an umbrella is introduced, same is hung and supported at different heights, thereby ensuring that moisture is separated and dried while the umbrella is slanted; and a lower surface having a drain hole formed therein such that rainwater can be drained. The nozzles are formed through the front and rear surfaces in slot types such that air is discharged perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the umbrella.
