Abstract:
An automatic vehicle driving control method and apparatus, which can control an automatic driving vehicle to automatically complete a customs inspection of containers and need no corresponding truck driver to convey the containers for a customs inspection, thereby reducing labor costs. The method comprises: acquiring a customs inspection task of conveying a target container to customs for inspection; controlling an automatic driving vehicle to convey the target container to a boarding region of the entrance of the customs; determining an inspection channel corresponding to the automatic driving vehicle, and controlling the automatic driving vehicle to drive to the inspection channel; acquiring an inspection notification that customs decides to inspect the target container, and controlling the automatic driving vehicle to drive to a target position in an inspection region specified in the inspection notification to await discharging of the container; and when it is determined that the discharging of the target container is completed, controlling the automatic driving vehicle to drive away from the inspection region.
