Abstract:
An automatic vehicle washing device comprises: a machine base system, comprising a machine base (1), a main machine cabinet (2) disposed on the machine base (1), and a main controller (3) disposed on the main machine cabinet (2); and a cleaning actuation system, comprising a vehicle body scanner and a cleaning actuator (22), wherein the cleaning actuator (22) comprises a multi-axis robotic arm (12) consisting of at least two robotic arm joints (11), the vehicle body scanner and the cleaning actuator (22) are electrically or wirelessly connected to the main controller (3), the vehicle body scanner transmits scanned vehicle information to the main controller (3), the main controller (3) delivers actuation information to the cleaning actuator (22), and the cleaning actuator (22) performs cleaning. The vehicle body scanner scans the exterior of a vehicle body to acquire accurate dimensional data of the vehicle, and the main controller performs calculation according to the dimensional data of the vehicle, so as to acquire an accurate vehicle washing plan, thereby allowing the multi-axis robotic arm to perform vehicle washing accurately, and improving a rough washing technique in the industry.
