Abstract:
Provided are an automatic vending device restocking method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: generating a restocking order according to a restocking request from the operator of an automatic vending device, wherein the restocking request comprises at least restocking address information (S201); acquiring restocking personnel information matching the restocking address information (S202); according to preset rules, assigning the restocking order to target restocking personnel (S203); and sending an order reception notification to the operator of the automatic vending device (S204). The invention obviates the need in the prior art for each automatic vending device operator to restock their own automatic vending devices. As a server can match restocking personnel to the corresponding restocking address information carried in the restocking request, and said restocking personnel are located near the automatic vending device, the invention solves the prior art problem of vending machine restocking methods being time consuming.
