Disclosed are an automatic vending machine (100) and a delivery method. The automatic vending machine (100) comprises a goods channel (210) and a goods bucket (220), with the goods channel (210) being provided for storing goods; the goods bucket (220) being provided for receiving goods from the goods channel (210); a first conveying mechanism (211) being provided in the goods channel (210) and being provided for conveying the goods in the goods channel (210) to the goods bucket (220); a second conveying mechanism (221) being provided in the goods bucket (220) and being provided for conveying the goods from the goods channel (210) to the inside of the goods bucket (220); and a controller (230) being electrically connected to the first conveying mechanism (211) and the second conveying mechanism (221). The delivery method comprises: during the process of goods entering the goods bucket (220), controlling the first conveying mechanism (211) such that same conveys the goods to the goods bucket (220) at a first pre-set speed and controlling the second conveying mechanism (221) such that same conveys the goods to the inside of the goods bucket (220) at a second pre-set speed. The first pre-set speed is less than the second pre-set speed.
