Abstract:
An automatic vibration feeder for dried lily bulbs, comprising a grading box, a vibration mechanism for performing vibration grading on dried lily bulbs in the grading box, and grading plates provided in the grading box to divide the grading box into a plurality of grading cavities. Mounting grooves for the plurality of grading plates are symmetrically formed on the side walls of the grading box, and the grading plates are inserted into the mounting grooves; a plurality of grading holes are evenly distributed in each grading plate, and the diameters of the grading holes of adjacent grading plates are sequentially reduced; a bottom plate is provided at the bottom of the grading box, and a discharging port and a discharging door are provided on the bottom plate; a guide protrusion is provided on the bottom plate; one end of the grading box is hingedly connected to a rack, and the other end is connected to the vibration mechanism; the bottom plate is provided obliquely downwards; and the height of the end of the grading box hingedly connected to the rack is adjustable. The automatic vibration feeder for dried lily bulbs is flexible in structure and high in grading efficiency.
