Abstract:
An automatic water spray device for mineral processing, comprising a multiple of supporting posts (7), longitudinal tracks (4) located on the multiple supporting posts, a travelling trolley (3) moving on the longitudinal track and provided with a water spray device. At least two longitudinal tracks (4) are fixedly disposed on the supporting post along the length direction of the channel. The travelling trolley is located on at least two longitudinal tracks across the channel. The number of the channel is one or more. The front end and the back end of each channel are respectively provided with a water inlet valve (23) and a water outlet valve (24). A transverse track (14) is provided on the travelling trolley. The water spray device comprises a steel frame which can move along the transverse track and nozzles fixed on the steel frame. The nozzles of the automatic spray device for mineral processing does not swing left and right and are fixed correspondingly. Also, the water sprayed from the automatic water spray device for mineral processing is sector, thus the utilization rate of the water is improved.
