Abstract:
[Problem] To provide, at low cost, an automatic water supply system capable of automatically adjusting the amount of water in a water storage area. [Solution] This automatic water supply system is provided with: a hose H connected to a pipe 330 for supplying water to a paddy field 300; and a water supply device W that controls the flow and stop of water flowing through the hose H. The water supply device W is provided with: a body part 10 provided with a leg portion 1; and a gate lifting and lowering mechanism 50 for lifting and lowering a bar-shaped gate 53 in the vertical direction. The leg portion 1 has a pair of bar-shaped vertical leg sections 1a and a lower-side horizontal bar section 1d that is horizontally suspended between the pair of vertical leg sections 1a. The hose H is placed on the lower-side horizontal bar section 1d. The gate lifting and lowering mechanism 5 is configured such that, in accordance with an opening/closing command transmitted from a server device 100, the hose H placed on the lower-side horizontal bar section 1d is put into a closed state by sandwiching the hose H between the bar-shaped gate 53 and the lower-side horizontal bar section 1d and then squeezing the hose H, and the hose H is put into an opened state by disposing the bar-shaped gate 53 to be spaced apart from the hose H.
