Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic weight measuring/transporting system for split processing of a raw material product such as processed meat and a method for controlling the same. In connection with a so-called cut-of-meat factory where a raw material is supplied along a main transportation line, multiple individual work tables are installed on sides of the main transportation line, and the raw material is divided into small units on the multiple individual work tables, the system transmits PLC addresses of the main transportation line, the individual work tables, and work tables for product classification and worker classification to a control system, which is integrated with a central data system and automatically adds and matches data with regard to each product and with regard to each work table (worker), through a data processing device equipped with a contact/non-contact responding device comprising a frequency receiving device, a communication module, a base database, and the central data system. Electronic scales may be installed on ends of a main transfer conveyor, at a third place for product packaging, for example, or on the individual work tables such that data can be matched with the product ID or the worker ID and managed integrally. According to the method of the present invention, a high level of automated management is realized, data confusion resulting from personnel management between various data processing devices during a work is prevented through database matching, the amount of production by each worker is controlled, and product management and sanitary management can be performed accordingly.
