Abstract:
Disclsoed is an automatic welding and arrangement integrated device for connectors. The connector comprises a base plate (10) and a stand column (9), and the automatic welding and arrangement integrated device comprises a support platform (1), a longitudinal drive component (2), a transverse drive component (3), a grabbing component (4), a welding component (5), a jacking component (6), a base plate bearing table (7) and a stand column bearing table (8). The longitudinal drive component can drive the transverse drive component to longitudinally move, the transverse drive component can drive the grabbing component and the welding component to transversely move, the base plate bearing table and the stand column bearing table are both arranged on an upper-layer platform of the support platform, the base plate bearing table is used for bearing the base plate, the stand column bearing table is used for bearing the stand column, and the jacking component is mounted on a lower-layer platform of the support platform and is located below the base plate support platform. The automatic welding and arrangement integrated device for connectors achieves the integration of welding and arrangement, saves on the operation time, and improves the working efficiency. Further disclosed is a method for using an automatic welding and arrangement integrated device for connectors.
