Abstract:
A vest which, unlike a conventional protection at a fixed position, fully protects the body as a whole, especially, main locations of the body such as a cervical vertebra and a vertebra by deploying expansion air chambers from the inside of the vest toward the outside by using a starting device actuated automatically and instantaneously by an operation key. A plurality of expansion air chambers stored by being folded up are provided in a vest worn by a rider of a motorcycle, CO¿2? gas injected, when operated, from a CO¿2? gas cylinder connected to the starting device is filled into the expansion air chambers in two stages to instantaneously expand the chambers and ease an impact caused when a rider thrown out of a vehicle crashes against the road, a structure on the road, a wall surface or the like as is specifically the case with a traffic accident of a motorcycle or the like.
