Disclosed in the present invention are an automatically foldable wheel and an automatically foldable vehicle. A hub is divided into a first structure body, a second structure body and a connection structure body, a first telescopic device is used to control a telescopic spoke to perform a telescopic action, and a second telescopic device is used to control rotary spokes to perform a rotary action, thereby driving the folding and resetting between the first structure body and the connection structure body and between the second structure body and the connection structure body. According to the present invention, when the wheel is folded, folding gaps are provided between the first structure body, the second structure body and the connection structure body by means of controlling the second telescopic device to perform the telescopic action, and then automatic retractable folding of the hub is completed by means of controlling the first telescopic device to perform the telescopic action, such that the convenience of wheel folding is improved; in addition, by means of performing a reverse action when the wheel is reset, the first structure body, the second structure body and the connection structure body can be quickly reset and fixed, such that the stability of the wheel after folding is enhanced.
