Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatically height-adjustable pillow of which the height is automatically adjusted according to a pose and is smoothly and flexibly adjusted by means of double damping power. The automatically height-adjustable pillow according to the present invention comprises a driving cylinder, wherein the driving cylinder can include: a cylinder body filled with fluid, and having both ends closed by a first plug and a second plug; a first piston, which is in close contact with the inner side of the cylinder body so as to be linearly driven, and has at least one communicating path through which the fluid passes so that sudden movement thereof is prevented; an operating rod having one end fixed to the first piston, and having the other end passing through the first plug so as to be connected to a pair of variable supports; and a first elastic member provided between the first piston and the first plug to provide elastic force for transferring the first piston toward the second plug.
