Abstract:
Provided is an automobile air-conditioning compressor, comprising: a crankshaft (1), a housing (4), an end cap (5), a rear counterbalance (6), a front counterbalance (7), a Belleville spring (3), a thrust bearing (8), a rear rolling bearing (9), and a front rolling bearing (10), wherein the housing (4) is connected to the end cap (5) and an outer diameter of the rear rolling bearing (9), respectively; a rear main journal of the crankshaft (1) is connected to an inner diameter portion of the rear rolling bearing (9); an outer diameter portion of the front rolling bearing (10) is connected to the end cap (5); a front main journal of the crankshaft (1) is connected to an inner diameter portion of the front rolling bearing (10); external end faces of two crank arms of a rod journal of the crankshaft (1) are connected to the rear counterbalance (6) and the front counterbalance (7), respectively; the outside of the front counterbalance (7) is connected to the Belleville spring (3); and the thrust bearing (8) is connected between the rear counterbalance (6) and the housing (4) and/or between the Belleville spring (3) and the end cap (5). The automobile air-conditioning compressor of the present invention will not generate wear on the contact surfaces of the compressor housing and the end cap, and will not produce metal debris or increase axial clearance of the crankshaft, effectively optimizing the operating environment of components such as the compressor piston, improving running quality and efficiency of the compressor, and extending service life.
