Abstract:
An automobile anti-explosion pneumatic inner tube comprises an air-chamber and an air valve (3). The air-chamber of the inner tube includes a ring air-chamber (5a), and a number of evenly distributed spherical air-chambers (4) are mounted around the ring air-chamber (5a). There is at least one air hole (45) between each spherical air-chamber (4) and the ring air-chamber (5a), so an independent entire air-chamber is formed by the ring air-chamber (5a) and the spherical air-chambers (4). The air-chamber of the inner tube may also include two ring air-chambers (5a) that have equal diameters and coincident axis and a number of evenly distributed spherical air-chambers (4). Or the air-chamber of the inner tube is composed of a number of spherical air-chambers (4) connected together by two rows of communicating pipes (5b) that have equal diameters and coincident axis. The air-chamber of the inner tube may also be composed of a number of spherical air-chambers (4) connected together by communicating pipes (5b). After installing the inner tube, the whole automobile tyre has two separate air-chambers, and when the cover tyre is exploding suddenly, the life danger caused by the explosion can be prevented effectively.
